The Best of SHA Awards 2021 is an award given to the best establishments that have received the most votes from a satisfaction questionnaire of tourists all over Thailand.  The satisfaction questionnaire covers safety and health standards (convenient, clean, safe, fair, and nature-friendly). The result is determined by calculating an average voting score. Then each establishment is ranked as follow: The Excellence Award, The Remarkable Award and The Outstanding Award.
